We spend a lot of money (thousands of dollars) each and every month to ensure that this site is well positioned in the search engines organic search results. Try it yourself. Our successful optimization campaign meant one thing: TOO MANY LEADS! Yes, I know this is a nice problem to have, but it’s a problem nonetheless!

I sincerely like to help people. That’s why I got into the foreclosure business…it was a way for me to make money AND help people at the same time. I like businesses that create win-win situations. However, with all of the leads coming into the site, of homeowners looking to sell their homes, well, there was NO WAY that I could buy all of these homes. So rather than do nothing with those leads, I’m looking for investors across America to help me help these folks.
